As Moses was up on Mt. Sinai, receiving the Ten Commandments from the Lord, the Israelites quickly reverted back to their old ways as slaves. They formed a golden calf as an idol to worship in the place of the One, True and Living God who had delivered them from Egypt. How God’s heart grieves when we place anything in our life as more important than Him.
