Daniel 4.
It is God who sets up rulers and removes them. King Nebuchadnezzar allowed his pride to be his downfall. He was one of the greatest and most powerful rules of his day, until the Lord humbled him. Yahweh is King of kings and Lord of lords. No amount of earthly power or rule will compare with the sovereignty of God. Just because we may not see Him moving, that does not mean He is not in control. In all times and all seasons, He is fulfilling His plan and His purposes for His glory.
